Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Kind Hearted is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kind Hearted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We're always happy to help point you in the right direction if needed.
