At Kind Hearted, every order is packed with care and made to support something bigger than the product itself. Because of the nature of our limited releases, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at impact@kindheartedmovement.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your request and work with you to make it right.
